The film opens with Stacy and Lydia drinking in a redneck bar. The bartender then accosts Stacy. Lydia embarrasses the assailant by criticizing his small package and the girls escape. Outside the bar Stacy attempts to quickly relieve herself and encounters the Penis Fairy, a magical drag queen who assists Stacy by granting her a wish of growing a penis whenever she wants one. Along with her new body part she also sprouts a full mustache and tattoos. Lydia, who already has masculine tendencies, gets jealous and desires what used to typically be a male organ of her own. Tragedy results through lack of self acceptance.
