The Flying Saucer

Al brigadiere dei Carabinieri d'un paesino veneto viene affidato l'incaricato di svolgere indagini sull'arrivo d'un disco volante. Durante l'inchiesta interroga un gruppo di persone che dichiarano d'aver visto realmente i marziani. Alla fine, soltanto Vittoria, una povera contadina vedova e con molti figli, riesce ad impadronirsi d'un marziano, e lo vende al padrone. La madre dell'uomo, però, sopprime il marziano, accusa la contadina di truffa e spedisce il figlio in manicomio. In questo modo tutti i protagonisti della vicenda sono accusati di essere dei visionari ed il sensazionale avvenimento viene ben presto sepolto nell'indifferenza generale.
