The Tribe: The city is angry after the Technos had put the blame of the power outage on the rebels. Ram intentionally sends Ebony to make peace and she ends up getting stoned. Feeling like that she's inadequate in the position, Ram fires Ebony as the city leader and asks other tribes to present their candidates for the position. Lex is angry now that his celebrity status has vanished. Patch tries to help out Dee, but makes things worse. Ram tells Ebony that he still wants to marry her. Java suggests that Ram should hit Ebony in her weak spot, love. Cloe and Ved become closer. Salene wants to be a candidate for city leader. Ram uses the computer version of Amber and makes it seem as if she was in love with Jay. Foolish Ebony falls for his trick. Java kicks out Lex who tries to get one last chance to be famous. Ram surprise the city folk by giving them running water.
