School Rumble: Omizu is Culture: It’s the first day of the Cultural Festival! Class 2-C is doing a café under the title "Café Rumble", where customers can order a drink and a girl to cater for them. But not all is well for 2-C. Firstly, Tenma is the only 2-C girl that hasn’t been requested to cater for a customer. Most of all, almost every one of their customers are going to the Tea Club’s Café. What could the Tea Club possibly have that Class 2-C doesn’t? Why, a Cosplay attraction, of course!Manga is Culture: Harima is feeling down in the dumps, thinking that his manga entry for the Rookie Manga Contest didn’t make it after all. So, Yakumo tries to lift Harima’s spirit up by cosplaying as a manga-ka in Tokiha-sou, "the Holy Land of Manga".
